EPR kit uses the newest approved materials. UL is undergoing the process of writing the new UL listing for this product, after careful review by all the UL labs the conclusion was this product would warrant a new classification and would be used to set the new industry standards for conduit repair.
The unique design of this product gives you a proper repair and not a patch. Other repairs require special tools to assemble like bands or straps and not water tight. The EPR kit requires no additional tools and the specialty designed glue reservoir gives you a water tight seal. Standard PVC glue and cleaner is all that is required to put the EPR kit together.
